Shipping and Handling Fees and Information

The team here at TrekTumblers wants to offer you the easiest and simple way to get your items shipped out to you. Please follow the shipping policies and take some time to go over these policies in order to make the best decisions for your personal and professional needs.

Standard Shipping :This is our basic Standard Ground delivery starts at $3.99*.. Delivery time typically runs from 2 to 6 business days, from the day it leaves out warehouse. Dependent upon weight of the package and distance from our warehouses in Central Florida*

Fast and Easy Shipping
We ship via USPS and UPS services. This is calculated based on both weight and dimensions and to the destination. If you would like to know exact shipping rates feel free to call or e-mail us with your zip code along with the item(s) and we will be happy to calculate the rate for you. 

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments:
We’re more than happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and have discounted rates for 3rd Day, 2nd Day shipping to most areas within these states and provinces. Call or e-mail us for our special rates on shipping to these areas.

Orders usually take two to six business days to process before being shipped. YETI tumblers may take a bit longer due to their popular demand. Order processing is a different procedure, separate from the shipping.

Printed Design and Custom Printed orders usually take and additional three to five business days to process before being shipped.

To estimate delivery time, please consider the following steps:
1. Time an order is received by our office can sometimes be delayed up to 24 hours.2. The actual processing time of the order.
3. The actual production time to powder coated your tumblers
4. The actual printing time, if needed for a design or custom print.
5. Finally, the delivery time of the shipping company.

Our office staff and fulfillment department are open Monday thru Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST to assist you in any questions you may have concerning an order. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.

Holiday Processing Times:
During the holiday season, orders can take up to 10 to 15 business days to process prior to shipping. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please keep in mind that if you place your order after 12pm PST on Friday, your order will not process or ship until Monday of following week. During the busy holiday season we receive thousands of orders every week. During this time we are unable to pull any orders from production for cancellations or make any changes to current orders.

Please Note
In most cases an order can take from one business day to seven business days to process before the shipping procedure is begun (time varies depending on size and type of design requested). In the event that the address information is entered incorrectly at the time ordering, it will then be corrected by USPS. Under these instances, there will be an additional charge made to the card holder’s account for this correction. This charge will take place in the event of a data entry error on the part of the customer. This charge will be credited only proceeding, after the order has left our warehouses and we have been billed by USPS for the error. For these types of charges, each case will be thoroughly investigated to insure that the error was not made by our shipping staff. Therefore, upon reading this statement, you are in agreement to TrekTumblers’ shipping and charging policies, please be sure that all address information is entered correctly, to insure the correct delivery of your order and to prevent any extra fees incurring. In the event there was an error made, by our staff, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible so that they can be addressed.
